Students who will be taking the 2025-2026 Fall Semester Business Administration Vocational Training (Workplace Practice) course (between September 22 and December 29, 2025) are kindly requested to submit the following complete documents to our School's Workplace Training Coordinator by September 8, 2025.

Required Documents:

1- Application and Acceptance Form for Vocational Training in Business Administration (Annex-1)

Unemployment Fund Contribution to Vocational Training in Business Administration Fees (Annex-2)

Protocol Form

(These forms must be obtained from our College's website and prepared in two (2) copies.)

2- Photocopy of ID

3- Social Security Institution Entitlement Certificate (This document must be obtained through e-government.)

4- Two Photographs
