Article 15, paragraph 11 of our University's Associate and Undergraduate Education, Teaching and Examination Regulations states: "Graduation examinations for three courses are conducted for students enrolled in programs with semester-based educational plans and for students enrolled in programs with annual educational plans, provided they have completed all courses included in the curriculum of their diploma program, fulfilled the attendance requirement once, met other requirements for obtaining an associate/undergraduate degree, and are eligible to graduate upon successful completion of the courses taken in the semester in which they are enrolled. The examinations cover a maximum of three courses for the year, as determined in the education, teaching and examination procedures and principles. Three-course examinations are applied to courses for which a semester-end exam is held. To pass the three-course graduation examinations, a minimum grade of (CC) is required in each course taken. Midterm exam grade(s) are not considered in determining this grade."

According to the relevant article, students who have completed all courses in their curriculum, fulfilled the attendance requirement at least once, and met other conditions required by the diploma program, and who have a maximum of 3 courses remaining for graduation, will be given the opportunity to take a three-course graduation exam on February 5-6, 2026.

Students wishing to take the exam must submit their application form to the Student Affairs Unit in person or via email to teknikbilimler@gazi.edu.tr between January 29-30, 2026.
