A collaboration was established between Sumıtomo Rubber Ako Tire Industry and Trade Inc. and our Vocational School on July 10, 2025, regarding vocational training in business. Our Director, Prof. Dr. Alpay Özer, and Sumıtomo Rubber Ako Tire Industry and Trade Inc. Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Senior Manager Kanto Saijo signed the protocol, which allows students enrolled in our school's programs to receive vocational training in business at Sumıtomo Rubber Ako Tire Industry and Trade Inc.

At the protocol signing meeting held with the participation of Sumitomo Rubber Ako Tire Industry and Trade Inc. Engineering Manager Sadriye Arısoy, Recruitment and Training Senior Officer Ramazan Uğur and Recruitment and Training Officer Berkay Anıl Coşkun, Training Manager Onur Şenyiğit, Assistant Managers Lecturer Dr. Mustafa Göktaş and Lecturer Mete Özbaş, Design Department Department Head Lecturer Dr. Suat Ayan, Electronics and Automation Department Head Lecturer Uğur Şansal, Electrical and Energy Department Head Lecturer Ali Köse, and Machinery and Metal Technologies Department Lecturer Dr. Asım Genç, our Director Prof. Dr. Alpay Özer thanked Mr. Kanto Saıjo for providing this opportunity to our College students and contributing to the education of more qualified students. At the meeting, a decision was made to continue and increase mutual cooperation.
