On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., an online “Unit Strategic Plan Monitoring Meeting” was held in order to evaluate the 2025 Strategic Plan objectives of our Vocational School. The meeting was chaired by our Director, Prof. Dr. Alpay Özer, with the participation of stakeholders.

During the meeting, the realization data for the first six-month period of 2025 (01.01.2025 – 30.06.2025) regarding each objective in our Strategic Plan were discussed. The data were evaluated based on the “Unit Strategic Plan Monitoring Table” template, and target performances were determined. In addition, analyses were carried out to assess whether the year-end targets could be achieved, and improvement activities deemed necessary were planned.

In the meeting, where the data in our Unit Target Cards were thoroughly examined, consultations were held on the actions to be taken in the second half of 2025 to achieve our objectives.
