Training sessions for the “Silent Workshop: Green Welding Training Overcoming Barriers” project—implemented under the Socially Inclusive Green Transition (SoGreen) Support Program, which is led, coordinated, and supported by the Ankara Development Agency with World Bank funding and the Ministry of Industry and Technology acting as the primary implementing agency—have commenced at our Vocational School. Aligned with the goals of green transition, low-carbon production, and social inclusion, the project aims to increase the participation of hearing-impaired individuals in the workforce by equipping them with welding skills.
